We try to work within your budget and suggest options that will provide the most impact, endurance and enjoyment. Open and clear communication while providing the highest quality of craftsmanship is a must with my clients.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

            I’m a Remodeling Contractor and have over 30 years of experience in the field of remodeling.  I started out Framing 5,000+ sq. ft. custom homes at the age of 18 and have worked as a Framer, Sider, Tile Installer, Flooring Installer and Remodeler. 

I have been in business for myself for the past fourteen years – Circle T Remodel & Construction LLC.  With an emphasis on green building techniques and materials I specialize in: full remodels, additions, kitchens & bathrooms, tile, marble, stone, laminate, luxury vinyl tile and hardwoods, windows & doors, decks, fences, painting, framing, finish carpentry, custom woodworking and repairs both commercially and residentially. My many years of experience have allowed me to also offer design and blueprint services. These services are usually more affordable for my clients when I provide them rather than a designer or architect and I've had very positive feedback from my clients who have used me for this.

I have hand-forged relationships with my subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinetry, HVAC…) through a time-tested process of repeated business and refinement.  I’ve keep only the best onboard and trust all of them to perform to the highest standards.  

I have extensive experience with project estimation, leaving my clients fully satisfied by exceeding their expectations is always my top priority.  

The insight and experience I have gained by running and managing my own business and working for my many clients has proved to be very rewarding.  I understand how to see the big picture and can then align myself with the best interests of my clients.  I believe my skill sets in the trades and communication aptitude along with my ability to understand a client’s goals make me an exceptional choice for Contractor.
